Order Processing & Fulfilment

Processing and fulfilment typically takes 1–3 business days. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel if there's an issue. All orders are photographed during packing.

Shipping Times

All delivery timeframes are estimates. Once handed to the courier, Mintgemz cannot control or be held responsible for delivery outcomes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For most destinations, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery. In rare cases where this isn't available for your region, these charges remain the customer's responsibility.
