Everything ships tracked. Here's exactly what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Bulk and custom orders take longer — see the Bulk Orders section below.

Standard shipping is free once your order reaches:

Duties & taxes
Orders to the United States and European Union ship DDP — duties and import taxes are paid by us, so nothing extra is collected on delivery. For all other destinations, any import duties or taxes charged by your local customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Bulk & custom orders
Bulk sheet and glitter orders, and custom-artwork orders, are dispatched on a longer timeline:
- Stock designs: dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Custom artwork: approximately 1 week from proof approval.
International delivery times match the estimates above. Larger orders may ship in more than one parcel.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email help@mintgemz.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
Lost, delayed & damaged parcels
We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once a parcel has left us, but we'll always help you track it down. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and contents and we'll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, and re-delivery may incur an additional charge.
