Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, MintGemz cannot accept returns or exchanges on any tooth gem, charm, kit, adhesive, or application supply once its sealed packaging has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@mintgemz.com. All orders are photographed during packing as proof of contents, which helps us resolve issues quickly.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Exception for sealed hygiene products: under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation 28(3)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed. This applies to our tooth gems, charms, kits, adhesives, and application supplies after opening. Items still in their unopened, sealed packaging may be returned within this period.

How to withdraw: email help@mintgemz.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the standard model withdrawal form, but you are not required to.

Returning the goods: send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service — we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds: we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, using your original payment method. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Faulty or misdescribed items: your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
