Order Processing & Fulfillment: Processing and fulfillment typically takes 1–3 business days. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel if there's an issue. All orders are photographed during packing.

Shipping Times: All delivery timeframes are estimates. Once handed to the courier, Mintgemz cannot control or be held responsible for delivery outcomes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: For most destinations, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery. In rare cases where this isn't available for your region, these charges remain the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Rates: All orders ship from Sydney, Australia. Australia: Standard $15 AUD (2–5 days) | Express $20 AUD (1–3 days). International: Standard AusPost (10–30 days) | Express AusPost (5–10 days) | Express DHL (2–4 days).
