- Sheet size: 115 × 160 mm (approx. 11.5 × 16 cm)
Your own artwork
Send us your logo, mascot or event design and we'll cut it as a custom stencil. Choose a Custom Design variant and email your artwork to help@mintgemz.com after ordering.
- Vector files preferred (AI, EPS, SVG). High-resolution PNG/PDF accepted.
- Single-colour silhouette designs cut best — fine detail and gradients don't transfer.
- We'll send a digital proof for approval before production starts.

Lead times
- Stock designs: dispatched within 1 week.
- Custom artwork: approx. 2 weeks from proof approval (design finalisation).
- Shipping: 10–20 days depending on country and location.
Safety
- External body use only.
- Do not apply to eyes, lips, broken, irritated or sunburnt skin.
- Patch testing recommended before first use.
- If you're applying these to clients, we recommend a patch test and a brief consent check as standard practice.

Can I mix tiers or designs?
Yes. Tell us your split at checkout in the order notes, or email us before ordering.
Do you offer trade accounts?
We do. If you're stocking MintGemz for resale rather than using it at events, email help@mintgemz.com for wholesale terms.
Is there a minimum for custom artwork?
100 sheets is the minimum for a custom cut.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes — grab a Starter Kit first, or email us about a sample pack for larger orders.
What if the sheets arrive damaged?
Photograph the carton and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace them.

📦 ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Processing and fulfillment typically takes 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed. Installation Kits may require up to 14 business days to process. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
If you experience any issues with your order, contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. All Mintgemz orders are photographed during packing as proof of contents.
🚚 SHIPPING TIMES
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has been handed to the courier, Mintgemz is unable to control or be held responsible for delivery outcomes. Shipping estimates do not include order processing times.
🌍 CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For most international destinations, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — so there are no surprise fees on delivery. The total you pay is the total you pay.
Please note that shipping to the United States may be subject to additional processing via our US compliance partner. Any applicable charges will be displayed clearly before you complete your order.
In the rare case that duties are not calculated at checkout for your region, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import policies before placing your order.
⚠️ REFUSAL OF DELIVERY & NON-PAYMENT
If customs charges or local taxes are left unpaid and your parcel is returned to us:
- Shipping and return fees will be deducted from your order value
- Refunds will not be issued for parcels returned due to unpaid duties or taxes
- If your parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs as a result of non-payment, no refund will be issued
📬 UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Orders returned to us due to non-collection or unpaid duties may take up to 3 months to arrive back. Mintgemz is unable to offer refunds or replacement shipments under these circumstances.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do I need glue?
No. The stencils are self-adhesive stickers — the tack holds both the stencil and the glitter, so there's nothing to brush on first.
Is the glitter really biodegradable?
Yes. Our glitter is formulated to break down naturally, so your sparkle doesn't outlast the occasion. SGS certification upon request.
How many tattoos will this make?
The glitter outlasts the sheets by a long way — most people get through several full sets of stencils before running low.
What's the difference between Starter and Full Kit?
Same glitter and brush. Starter gives you 6 sheets from one collection; Full Kit gives you 12 sheets across both collections for ten dollars more.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
We recommend a patch test 24 hours before first use, as with any body product. Stop using it if you notice any reaction.
